Awkward

My definition of awkward is where your friend is currently going out with his girl and they’re starting to get intimate.  The friend however is just a bit bashful and shy when it comes to purchasing condoms and lubricants and then asks you hesitantly to do it for him.  The next minute you’re at the petrol station and getting the requested items, but because you have a sweet tooth and feel the need to get a ice cream, you choose your favourite one then make your way to the counter.

However when getting to the counter, you realise that the dude working has seen you come in a car with your male friend.  Then putting the three items that you’re about to buy through the scanner, has already had his mind made up on what you and your male friend are going to get up to.  You walk out cursing yourself on the mistake of having purchased the ice cream and had you not done so, a different picture would’ve been painted from the store person’s perspective.  Oh why did I fall into the lure of buying a Golden Gaytime.
