Phone Operator

I have always been told by my peers at work, that I have impeccable phone manners and a good voice to match.  I kindly reply with the notion that’s it’s nice to be important but it’s more important to be nice.  Which is to say the least that this morning, my phone manners were somewhat different as I was more catering to a particular person’s need. Yeah, I’ll just leave it at that ….
