Two Monks and a Scorpion

Two monks were washing their bowls in the river when they noticed a scorpion that was drowning. One monk immediately scooped it up and set it upon the bank. In the process he was stung. He went back to washing his bowl and again the scorpion fell in. The monk saved the scorpion and was again stung. The other monk asked him, “Friend, why do you continue to save the scorpion when you know its nature is to sting?”

“Because,” the monk replied, “to save it is my nature.”

G was in town and was here for a month. She was just catching up with family and had two weddings to attend. She also brought her two beautiful daughters and all I can say, is that they’re going to be something quite special!

It was yesterday that we were just hanging out and recapping on memories of old and G made me realise an astounding figure.

“I think by my count and our conversations, you’ve had over 25 girls???”
“Nah, that can’t be right??”
“Yeah I’m pretty sure, you male slut!!”
“If that’s the case, I definitely made the most of my youth”
“The funny thing is, I never pictured you to get married so it’s kinda weird for me?
“Hey, what can I say. I finally found my wifey”

G smiled as she sipped on her custom made smoothie as we drove the afternoon away, on what was another scorching Canberra day.

First Kiss

My first kiss, was not all that great, because I thought too much about the process, the approach, and how it would be. This, I am talking about, is the proper kiss, not just like the peck on the lips, or the kiss on the cheek. I am talking about the kiss that involves full movement of the lips, the tongue and of course, the exchanging of saliva.

It was in year 11, that I had experienced this and with my very first official girlfriend that I had met in class. We started going out for a week and didn’t do anything for a week, you can imagine that this would frustrate her and make her question whether our relationship was real or we were just platonic. I decided to set the record straight and just went for it. In my head I had the music, the slow motion, the ever so soft caress, and then BANG! I had made full course collision with her teeth and was not focused on taking my time. Such a douche I was back then, thinking about it all. I hope that after what probably has been like 18 years, I’ve gotten a lot better but I’d had to check with the wifey in that department.

Everything has come together quite nicely, and now I am just finishing up the final touches to the Wedding. All relevant parties have been invited, RSVP given back and now we just need to confirm by payments etc. I am like slowly freaking out because I just hope the day goes right. I haven’t been able to update much because my days are just filled with too many things to do. Anyways I AM BEAT!
