Somewhat awkward

A awkward moment is when you’re asked to go through your flatmates cupboard to search for a certain something that she needs for a special occasion.  The problem is, in order to get the piece of clothing that she requires, you must sift through her underwear collection.  Nothing spells trust more then having to rummage through that collection and then identifying the item that she requires.  Although I wouldn’t want to do it again since it is weird having to throw underwear all over the place, knowing that this is a girl who wears these……

P.S That is not her draw, it’s a google search that I stumbled upon.

I have been an avid follower of your blog for some time. While I was thrilled to hear of your recent engagement I am somewhat confused by this song choice. Is it appropriate i ask you, to be reminiscing about the past when an obvious bright future lies ahead?

This obviously leads to one conclusion, congratulations on the impending arrival of your first born child. (All the best for the wedding)

Once again thank you Anon or Avon or Akon even, and I thank you for following what  I think is just a random blog that really serves no purpose apart from keeping some close friends informed about my every day life.  The song choice you speak of wasn’t even really about me, and like a family member once said, my blog was too cryptic and at times too hard to follow about whom I was talking about.  The friend I did that post for, just had some things that they needed to sort out and hopefully in due time, they’ll be fine.

Meanwhile bright future, yes indeed, and reminiscing on the past, doesn’t everyone?  But there’s no need for me to dwell on the past since I’ve got someone to look forward to.  While the other question about being a shotgun wedding, hmmmmmmmmm, I’ll leave that to your imagination.

Engagement Lockdown

My head is spinning and I haven’t been able to sleep much these days.  It’s not exactly complete but I have my own wedding to plan and it’s due to happen in less than one month.  The engagement which is happening next week, is set and the required party has been invited as well.  I’m nervous, anxious, emotional and a whole bunch more, you’ve been along this ride still and I would’ve thought that the wheels would’ve stopped by now, but here you still are.  I know that everything will be alright, and just hold on and we’ll see many beautiful things together.
